Our company carried out both the complete construction and subsequent operation of this commercial property located on Szőregi Road in Szeged. From the planning phase to the handover, we managed every stage of the project, and then successfully operated the finished building for many years.
In 2001, the property opened its doors as a Skoda dealership and quickly became one of the region’s leading car showrooms. During construction, we placed special emphasis on meeting both the brand’s identity requirements and the standards expected of a modern automotive showroom. The high-quality workmanship and efficient management ensured the dealership’s successful operation over an extended period.
Apartment Building on Rahói Street
Our company took full responsibility for both the construction and marketing of this apartment building in a tranquil neighborhood of Szeged. The project’s objective was to create a residential complex offering livable and long-lasting homes, ideal for families, couples, and individuals alike.

Science Hotel
Our corporate group built the Science Hotel in downtown Szeged in 2014 and has been responsible for both the complete construction and continuous operation ever since. Initially opening with 43 rooms, the hotel has been expanded over the years to accommodate more guests seeking comfort and quality services in the heart of the city.
In 2017, the interior design earned the prestigious Gold Key Award, a testament to the hotel’s distinctive and daring aesthetic. Its modern, one-of-a-kind appearance and central location make it especially attractive to those looking to explore Szeged’s vibrant cultural scene and culinary offerings.

Clinic
Our corporate group was responsible for the complete construction of this clinic in Újszeged, from the initial design phase to final completion. Throughout the process, we adhered fully to the strict standards and regulations governing healthcare facilities, ensuring the building is equipped with all necessary rooms and equipment. After construction was finished, our company also took over the clinic’s operation, thus guaranteeing continuous, high-quality service and the utmost safety for patients.
Solar Parks
Between 2018 and 2020, our corporate group constructed four solar parks in the Szeged region, each with a capacity of 500 kilowatts. These photovoltaic power plants support the sustainable transition to renewable energy sources. During installation, we placed special emphasis on maintaining high technical standards and thoroughly assessing the environmental conditions of each site.

Science Premium
Our hotel, originally opened in 2014, was expanded in 2023 with an additional 16 guest rooms. The new section is particularly notable for its interior design inspired by Hungarian innovations such as the Rubik’s Cube and the ballpoint pen. By combining a distinctive thematic concept with modern comforts, it offers guests a truly unique experience. This expansion was carried out by our corporate group, reinforcing our commitment to continuous renewal and the delivery of high-quality hotel services.
